Return Policy
At Evatop Pearls, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy applies to purchases made on evatop.shop (http://evatop.shop/).
1) Change of mind returns (30 days)
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, please email info@evatop.shop with:
• your order number
• the item(s) you would like to return
• the reason for return (optional)
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
2) Return eligibility (change of mind)
To be eligible for a change of mind return:
• item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• returned with original packaging (where applicable)
• proof of purchase is required
Hygiene note: Earrings are not eligible for change of mind returns unless faulty.
3) Return outcomes: refund / exchange / store credit
For approved change of mind returns, you may choose one of the following (subject to eligibility and stock availability):
• Refund to the original payment method
• Exchange (subject to stock availability)
• Store credit
Original shipping fees are not refundable for change of mind returns.
4) Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of tracked return shipping for change of mind returns. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.
5) Faulty or incorrect items (Australian Consumer Law)
If your item is faulty or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@evatop.shop with your order number and clear photos. We will provide a repair, replacement, exchange or refund as required under Australian Consumer Law.
6) Processing time
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds/exchanges/store credit (where approved) are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
