This Refund Policy forms part of our Returns process at Evatop Pearls.
Refunds for change of mind returns
If your change of mind return is approved and you choose a refund, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Original shipping fees are not refundable for change of mind returns.
• Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
To request a return/refund, please email info@evatop.shop with your order number. Return approval and instructions are provided before sending items back.
Refund timing
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the funds to your account.
Faulty items and consumer guarantees
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, we will provide a repair, replacement or refund as required under Australian Consumer Law.
